Sen. Scott Wagner and Libre, Harrisburg State Capital, March, 21, 2017

I had the pleasure of seeing Libre today at the State Capitol in Harrisburg, PA. Libre was found in Lancaster County and eventually taken to Dillsbrug Veterinary Center in York County. Libre’s story has gained national attention and has started the non-partisan work to pass “Libre’s Law,” which would increase penalties for certain crimes against animals. I am proud to be a co-sponsor of the bill. #LibreStrong
